Goal
The goal of this project is to asses the student’s performance and potential in the graphic design field.
Objective
The objective of this assignment is to provide an assessment of the student’s portfolio and efforts as part of the University’s Key Performance Assessment process (formerly the Whole Person Assessment Program) using the corresponding rubric.

Assignment
Complete the following evaluation form: https://forms.gle/TFbi1WE2kEQdrWdY7. Answer the questions with honesty and detailed descriptions. Scores are more holistic in nature, and responses will be supplemented with instructor evaluations and peer comments.
The data will remain confidential. The form has six sections and should take less than 30 minutes. Almost all of the questions are required.
