Assignment
Create two (2) ten (10) second animations to transition from a commercial break into a program. The animation must include the networks logo and should reflect the brand identity, but must include supplemental image, video or shapes that represent the defined audience and subject matter. Bumpers can represent two (2) holidays or work as a related series of the same holiday. In either case, the content must be distinct and obviously related. Experiment and brainstorm to discover a unique solution for each. Allow your solutions to emerge from your explorations.
Carefully consider the variables listed below, as well as the relationship between the chanel’s content to the visible and dynamic elements of the videos. Representational images, video, audio, color, light, and texture are permissible.
Consider your variables:
- typeface, type size, weight, color, texture, focus, orientation, location
- entrance, performance, exit
- sequence, speed, pacing, transition, transformation, time
- tone of voice, emotion, feeling, atmosphere, interpretation.
